In 2014, when the POV craze in hunting was barely started, we had already been trying to capture an exit shot on a deer for years. We used trail cameras, second cameramen, and even earl POV cameras. When Go Pro came out with wireless remotes, it opened up a new realm. This video was the first successful POV ground level bow hunting shot that we know of.

Kansas 2014 – After many years of attempts, and tens of capture equipment, we finally were able to capture a ground-level POV exit with a bow. Using a Go Pro and wireless remote, the does funneled into the field providing a great shot. Although it looks bad, the stand placement was actually very concealed. You can see the bowhunter in the stand go to full draw and make a great lung shot on the doe.
